HPM Haustechnik GmbH, an investment company belonging to the Hamburg-based craftsmen’s group Philip Mecklenburg (HPM), has acquired the Berlin-based company. The group has a nationwide network of over 100 traditional craft businesses with almost 4,000 employees.
