As a direct partner to trade and industry, E-M-C-Direct GmbH & Co. KG has been an expert in the field of cable protection for more than 17 years. As an importer and distributor of C-parts, E-M-C-Direct is based in Dorsten, near Essen. Over 20,000 listed customers are supplied with products from the areas of cable ties, heat-shrink tubing, corrugated conduit and cable accessories. Typical areas of application are electrical installation, mechanical engineering and vehicle construction.

MEDIQON Beteiligungsgesellschaft acquires a minority stake in E-M-C-Direct and thus accompanies the succession solution as part of a management buy-in. Under the leadership of Alexander Preußner, the operational successor Thaddäus Nagy and another industry expert are also investing in the company.
