Caratec GmbH, based in Landau in the Pfalz region, is a leading provider of electronic solutions for motorhomes and caravans. Since its foundation in 2009, the company has specialized in the development and distribution of high-quality products in the areas of audio, video, security, and energy. Caratec also operates a service center for consulting, installation, and repair of its products and offers training courses for specialist dealers to ensure the proper installation and maintenance of its products.

Buyer

In June 2024, Caratec was acquired by H3L Unternehmerkapital as part of a succession solution. In addition to ensuring a successful succession, the transaction will enable the company to further expand its market position and open up new growth prospects.
