The ploon.it group was founded in 2024 through a merger between List + Lohr GmbH and the Munich-based investment company PROM12 with the aim of uniting leading IT service providers in Germany under one brand. The group is growth-oriented: its strategic goal is to play a leading role in the provision of managed IT services in the SME segment in eight selected key economic regions of Germany through local providers. In doing so, the group pursues the principle of preserving and developing the identity and individual strengths of the affiliated companies. This regional anchoring forms the basis for sustainable growth and individual customer support on site.
