Successful Personnel Service Provider Joins International Group
More than 1,900 staff and sales revenues of at least EUR 70 million in 2020: Since it was established in 2000, avanti GmbH has experienced dynamic growth and has now become one of Germany’s leading personnel service providers. Its core business is in the medical and care field, and it also has a further focus in the Industry & Skilled Crafts, Office and Education sectors. After 20 years’ successful business growth, the founders planned to sell their interests and turned to experts from Syntra (formerly sonntag).
New Owner, Proven Management
The new owner of the personnel service provider is the House of HR Group, which is based in Roeselare (Belgium) – a leading European personnel services company. With more than 48,000 employees, House of HR recorded sales revenues of EUR 1.8 billion in 2019. With 589 offices in Europe, the Group enjoys a strong presence in Belgium, Germany, The Netherlands and France, as well as in Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Romania and Poland. Following the acquisition of its majority interest in avanti, House of HR has hugely expanded its presence in Germany. The avanti brand will continue, as will the established management, who will receive a minority interest.
